It's as you say, sometimes I have a hard time but it is satisfying. It took me 4 months to find a job after graduating but it was worth it. I had the chance to work for a transnational pharma industry. It will always be my first love xD.
Graduation ceremonies are mainly in May and December... most of it depends on when you finish school... main colleges work by semesters so that's why it depends...
